People gave ATC's, pendants, ephemera packets, rings, tags, pins, etc. And since the theme this year was "By the Sea" many of the swaps were sea related, which I loved!
Because I wasn't sure what to expect I came extra prepared with ATC's, Ephemera baggies, and fishies with charms that are detachable. (sorry for the glare)
At the end of the week I got a bit tired and forgot to ask people if they were trading. I wish now I had because I came home with extras. If you were at Art and Soul and didn't get a chance to trade with me and have extras too I'd love to trade with you. Or even if you weren't there and would like to trade please email me. :) sarah@caspiana.com

Hey Sarah--it's you! I found you--we ran into each other a bunch of times at A&S. We even had breakfast together one morning and talked about vegetarianism, Lenna Andrews and Alpha Stamps, etc. It was so great meeting you and your mom--I'm glad you had so much fun. I'm definitely going back next year.
If you want to see some of my stuff from A&S, visit my blog at www.strangerontheearth.wordpress.com
Take care,
Sandra
Wow, great trades!!!
I've really enjoyed reading all your adventures at A&S! And the art looks great, I particularly love the pages you made with Traci!!
Sarah,
I hope to see you again next year in Virginia~I love your work from the vintage metal treasure deck class. Your use of the mica window/wire pieces shows how you really think outside the box!! You are so charming and I enjoyed being your table mate!! Thank you for visiting my blog and I will come back to visit often!
