Soul Journaling: Day 15

Alright here is my finished Paper Doll family! YAY!

(we are a little pale...we don't get out much...LOL!)

Since we are on the subject of Paper Dolls I thought I would share these ATC Paper Dolls I recently made for Alpha Stamps.

See how they fold up to be ATC size? How cool is that? :) Now you can make these too!

Homework: Prep a total of 6 pages or 3 full spreads for tomorrow with random Ephemera or Dictionary pages followed by a dry brushing of Gesso on top. You guys are pros at this now! :)
(I know I use Gesso a lot but you gotta do it if you want to be able to work in anything you want. Altered book artists go through gallons of this stuff and will frequently prep entire books before they begin. ) Become one with your Gesso! hehe :)
Oh and you will need a fashiony type magazine for tomorrow....something with people.

i like your paper doll family. i didn't do paper dolls. i couldn't seem to find the enthusiasm for the dolls. so instead i just pulled together a few of my favorite family photos and printed them off and added them to my pocket.

Your dolls turned out wonderfully!
I've gotten more hits on my blog the last few days because of this Soul JOurnaling. Makes me feel good.
I haven't completed the dolls yet.
Having trouble finding pictures I like to use.

aaahhh...your family is so cute! I need to do mine tonight. I have 5 to make...maybe I'll do what Christy did and put photos in. This is so much fun by the way and like Viki, I've received some great comments on my blog regarding my soul journal. You are inspiring so many people - a BIG THANK YOU TO YOU!!!

Weeeeeeeee! Your paper dolls are so adorable, you are so adorable. The ATC paper dolls are amazing. I'm so behind! I had a great birthday weekend though and the fun continues. I have so many dinner dates. I may not be fully caught up until next weekend but I will try. It is just too much fun not to play along. Thanks for all of the inspiration. I wish I could call in sick today, dang.

Your ATCs are so inspiring - can't wait to have a go at those (when I've done sticking and gesso-ing).

This was my favorite prompt so far! It was challenging, but sooo rewarding to have such personal art. I'm thinking of making a few more sets as gifts!
